COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE 2020 MITIGATION APPLICATION

The City of Smithville is giving notice of the City’s intent to submit a Community
Development Block Grant Program Mitigation Application(s) to assist the community
with Mitigation efforts through drainage improvements throughout the City.
The total project cost will be $13,097,011. This application is available for review on the
City’s website (https://www.ci.smithville.tx.us/) Citizens are welcome to review this
application for a 30-day public comment period and provide all public comment to
Robert Tamble via email at CityManager@ci.smithville.tx.us or at City offices located at
Smithville City Hall, 317 Main Street, Smithville, Texas 78957, during regular business
hours.
