As Bastrop County local government officials, we remind our citizens that it is not appropriate and may be misleading to post or repost unproven information about coronavirus (COVID-19) issues or announcements on social media. Official information will come by and through the Bastrop County Office of Emergency Management as a press release or statement using the OEM social media or other news outlets. You can trust what comes from our Public Information Officers working together in our Joint Information Center. Thank you.
