No, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
When do the bills go out?
The bills are sent out the last working day of every month.
How long does it take to get service?
On Monday through Thursday, if you come in the morning then service will be done by the end of the day. If you come on Friday, service will be done on Monday.
When are the bills due?
The bills are due on the 10th of every month.
What locations do you service?
We only service inside the city limits. If you live in Indian Lake, Lake Thunderbird, etc. your service is provided by someone else.
What are the fuel rates?
The fuel rates are constantly changing.
Why is my bill so high?
Various reasons, depending on your usage for the month. For example, your bill may be higher during summer months because of air conditioning use.
When is trash pick-up?
Any time between 7am and 5pm.
What is the information for the recycling center?
The Smithville Recycling Center is open 6AM to 10PM Monday through Sunday. Residents may drop off newspaper, cardboard, plastics #1 and #2, metal, and waste oil. We cannot take glass. At this time, we do not have curbside recycling pick-up.
