Bicycle Registration
The Smithville Police Department can provide registration service for your bicycle. This registration greatly improves the chances of recovering your bicycle if it is stolen. To register your bike, print and fill out the form for bike registration, and then take the form and your bicycle to the Smithville Police Department to complete your registration. Emergency Notification System
The Smithville Police Department is a participant in the Code Red Regional Notification System or RNS system. This system uses reverse 911 data and can be used to notify citizens via land lines and cell phones of emergency or other important situations in their area.
