Smithville's Cultural District Semi-Annual Workshop
Agenda
- Discuss the Council Memo to make a decision about the longstanding programs (whether anything needs to be changed), the recommendations for the TCA grants, and the merits of the artists’ proposals
- Artists will be invited to attend to make a presentation about their proposals and to talk about the details of funding – if they should be selected, could they do the project for less is going to be the main idea
- Artist proposals will be attached to the walls and participants will get sticky dots to vote for their top 5
- Once there’s a consensus about the projects, artists might be asked if they can reduce their costs and/or scope to fit into the budget
