Utility bills will be mailed on the last business day of each month, and bill payments must be received in the Utility offices or Dropbox by no later than 5 pm on the 15th day of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments must be received by no later than 5 pm on the next business day. Payments by mail must be postmarked on or before the 15th day of the month.
Any account not paid in full on or before the 15th of each month will be assessed 10% late fee (based on the total bill amount). The full account balance must be paid no later than the last business day of the month to avoid disconnection of electric service.
