The BASTROP COUNTY BURN BAN has been LIFTED as of 12:01 am December 18, 2018. It's a good practice to notify the local authority having jurisdiction (e.g., Smithville Police Department, Bastrop County Sheriff's Office, and/or Fire Department) prior to any CONTROLLED burn. Please exercise caution if you intend to burn outdoors.
